Sporting Opportunities For All (S.O.F.A) is not just the company name. It is our identity and exactly what we aim to achieve. We specialise in providing Before, During and After-school provisions, Talent development Squads. National Curriculum Physical Education, Coach Education projects, Young Leader Awards, Community Sports Leader Awards, Junior Sports Leader, Community Coach Volunteering Schemes along with our community coach deployment service.

The Team consists of

Community Sports Manager, Kevin Chakaodza (BSc Degree in Coaching Science) Community Sports Manager, Jay Marshall (BSc Degree in Sports Development).

S.O.F.A delivery of community sports is supported by our strong team of community sports coaches. All of which come qualified, Enhanced CRB Checked and covered under our company insurance.

To support emerging community sports coaches and performers S.O.F.A has sporting mentor programme in place to assist with local community development. S.O.F.A understands the need to provide a support network to bring about the very best in people.
